I got a walk in last night & it felt great! About 2 miles in 30 minutes. Why is it I don't allow myself this time each night? I need to find a way to keep track of the miles/exercise somewhere...any suggestions? We didn't get any snow last night, so the sidewalks should still be good today. I hate the ice patches, so walking in the day light helps! Stacey...way to go with the weight loss! You look great & Logan is just the best! Grandpa & I got our "Logan" time last night, so we should be good for a few days!:) Love you all

Keep track of approximate mileage, like you know a certain loop and then you can do that loop for one week, somehow drive the walk loop and measure it. I have about 4 run loops that I use and mix up the 4. Getting a dog would help you get out and walk and it would make you feel safer. I know, you don't want another one, but it works for me. I walk about 3 miles every night with mine:)
