Can I say how impressed I am so far? Mom has joined weight watchers, Sherri walked, Stacey has time to post and lose weight too, unbelievable. What's for breakfast? Better be good, its the best meal of the day. Oatmeal for me again, with a little PB, yum yum.
Have sprints and weights planned. Sprint a 1/4 mile on treadmill, then lift one set, repeat 12 times and do 12 different weight exercises. Its a great workout.

On Wednesday night I walked again with Sofie:) about 2.5 miles. The sun was out & I finally got the I-Pod Johnny gave me to work! It was very enjoyable! My knee is talking to me but I need to continue as on 3/20 will have scope surgery on my R knee & will probably be layed up for a bit. My new goal is to lose 10 lbs more by the time we go to Florida after Tax season for the pie contest. Funny lose weight to go to a pie contest! It is great Mom joined WW (short for Weight Watchers)! It is making me be more accountable!
