Welcome to the age of medicine:)

Well, sounds like Tri girl is joining my club of medicine! Thank God there is medicine though:) Glad to hear Tri Girl is feeling better and I'm impressed how you keeping moving, swimming or biking! Go Girl! All is well with me except I want to eat more than I need too! I'm having trouble getting the pounds off from vacation and seem to be adding to the gaining side..:(. We have been busy at home getting new carpet...I forgot you have to move everything for that! Thank goodness Johnny was home from college and he has a strong back. I guess John (husband) should also get credit too....the both of them did all the heaving lifting and moving. Not only does the carpet look great, everything is clean too! I also discovered I have way to much material...need to do a lot more sewing (quilting) and less purchasing! Lusty girls....keep moving! Attached a new picture of 4 generation of Moyer men. Ed Moyer (great grandfather) John Moyer (grandfather) Johnny Moyer (son) & Logan Olivier(grandson).

Man do those guys look alike! 60 is the new 40 for sure especially if you are walking like Forrest:) I am hoping at 38 is the new 24 myself....and since I'm single w/ no children, I was hoping I could start out young again...maybe have kids some day (outside of the dogs). We'll see. At least the chest pain is getting better finally. 2 weeks was scaring me. Sher quilter is making me proud, just keep walking, stay healthy.
